We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.


Return Period

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Items must be shipped back to us within these 14 days.


Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with all original tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No direct exchanges are offered if you’d like a different item, return your order for a refund or choose our gift card option.


Refund Options

Refund to Gift Card Fastest + Bonus
Receive your refund as a digital gift card and get +15% extra value. Processing takes 2–3 business days after we receive your return. The gift card is valid for 12 months.

Refund to Original Payment Method
Processed within 7–10 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse. It can take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Perfume without original plastic seal

Final Sale items marked as non-returnable

Items returned after 14 days

Worn or damaged items not previously reported to customer support


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, email us immediately at info@linkd2wear.com with photos. We’ll arrange the best possible solution.


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs duties or taxes on returns are not covered.

Keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return is processed — without these, we cannot resolve missing return issues.


Processing Time

We aim to process returns quickly. Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund or gift card has been issued.
