Fast, Tracked & Secure Delivery
We ship all orders using reliable, tracked shipping methods. Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount (varies per region see table below). No code needed it’s applied automatically at checkout.
Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary per country. Check with your local customs office before ordering.
Remote Area Surcharge
Some locations may have a small surcharge, even on free shipping orders. This is calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 23:00 are usually processed the same day.
During peak periods, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates (see table).
Cancellations or changes are not possible once an order is placed.
